چکیده
Coronavirus infection a new infectious illness brought on by the SARS-COV-2 virus has infected people worldwide as of 2019, covid-19 disease is associated with hematological and biochemical parameters changes. The present study aimed to evaluate possible relationship between patient severity. A total 200 nasopharyngeal swabs whole blood specimens were collected from individuals suspected CoV-2 healthy volunteers control both sexes, grouped into four groups:50 patients for each mild, moderate, severe 50 volunteers. current demonstrated that female 82(55%) was more frequently affected than male 68(45%). Hematological including white cell count (WBC), granulocyte count, Red distribution width (RDW%) (increased significantly p < 0.05, while Lymphocyte decreased when compared group. Significant differences in hemoglobin concentration, packed volume, red indices shown group sexes. Regarding serum vitamin D, ferritin, D-dimer, procalcitonin (PCT), liver function tests, D significantly, enzymes increased According receptor ,gene polymorphism genotype Bb most likely strongly related getting all three known stages infection.Severity leukocytosis, lymphopenia biomarkers are best predictors CoV-2, strong relation VDR gene BsmI severity

The Association of Vitamin D Receptor Gene BsmI Polymorphism with Multiple Sclerosis in Iranian Patients
Background & Aims: 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25 (OH)2 D3), the biologically active form of vitamin D, exerts an immunosuppressive effect through binding to its specific nuclear receptor. The present case-control study was done to examine the possible association of BsmI polymorphism in vitamin D receptor gene (VDR gene) with severity of multiple sclerosis (MS). Methods: 267 Iranian patients w...

Taq1 Polymorphism (rs731236) of Vitamin D Receptor Gene in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
Background: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common childhood cancer. Several studies have shown that ALL occurs as a result of genetic abnormalities. 1, 25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 as a secosteroid hormone plays an important role in different metabolic pathways. The normal function of vitamin D occurs via binding to a ligand-activated transcription factor i.e. vitamin D receptor (VDR)...

متن کاملVitamin D receptor gene polymorphism in patients with sarcoidosis.
The active form of vitamin D, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D(3), is known to be produced at sites of granulomatous reactions in sarcoidosis. 1, 25-dihydroxyvitamin D(3) has multiple immunomodulatory effects, and acts as a promoter of multinucleated giant cell formation. Polymorphism of the vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene has recently been shown to be related to bone mineral density, and also associated ...
